AXS Group holds two operating businesses: an application development studio and a warehousing & logistics operation. That combination is unusual, and it is the whole point.
The short version
We built software for ourselves first.
Our logistics business needed systems that off-the-shelf products did not provide: inventory that reconciled, orders that flowed without re-keying, and customers who could see their own stock without picking up the phone. So we built them.
Other companies started asking who did our software. That question became a second business — and today the app development division builds for clients well outside logistics: consumer products, service businesses, marketplaces, internal tools.
What carried over is the mindset. We were the client before we were the vendor. We know what it feels like to be sold a system that demos beautifully and falls apart in week three of real use, and we build accordingly.

You see something you can click within weeks, not at the end. Software that is only described is software nobody has really agreed to.
No lock-in, ever
You own the code, the accounts and the documentation. If you leave, we help you leave well. Clients stay because staying is the better option, not the only one.

Launch day is the easy part. We choose proven technology, write tests and document decisions so the thing still works — and can still be changed — in year three.
